Looking for a fresh start I joined Claire's first Transformation Challenge in June 2014. It gave me the motivation and tools I needed to really kick start my health and fitness programme – getting back to what I really wanted! Not only did I achieve my goal weight, but I improved my fitness measures by over 200%! I've joined every program since then and have really made it a part of my regular fitness routine, setting a new standard for myself.
