A lot of my clients have come to me after experiencing back pain years after their initial injury. Even though the overall pain might be gone, certain exercises and movements still hurt. Don’t accept this as normal, taking pills from your GP is not the solution! – It isn’t! There has been a vast amount of research now which shows us that the core muscles need to literally be reprogrammed in order to support the spine and the body after a back pain episode. Let me help you! As a physiotherapist, I identify the source of pain, but also the weaknesses in muscle balance contributing to further discomfort
