A lot of my clients have come to me after experiencing back pain years after their initial injury. Even though the overall pain might be gone, certain exercises and movements still hurt. There has been a vast amount of research now which shows us that the core muscles need to literally be reprogrammed in order to support the spine and the body after a back pain episode.
