Many clients with back pain come to me years after their initial injury. Sometimes, their daily pain has subsided but certain exercises and movements still hurt. This shouldn’t be accepted as your new normal—and neither should taking pain medication.

Research shows us that core muscles need to be “reprogrammed” in order to support the spine and body after a back injury. As a physiotherapist, I’ll help you identify the source of your pain and target muscle weaknesses and imbalances that are causing long-term discomfort.
